I recently bought my Keurig at Costco and it came with this Gloria Jean’s Hazelnut coffee. It’s the perfect blend for the morning. Great flavor, not too weak for me, not too strong either. I would recommend to those

who like flavored coffee who also like a mild to medium blend.

    ENJOY :)

GJ Hazelnut ROCKS! Just a good cup O’ joe.

I sampled a GJ hazelnut at a friend’s house last week. Can’t get it outta my head. As soon as I finish my boxes of Timothy’s EX Bold Rainforest Espresso (too bold for my taste) I’ll be getting some of this.

FYI… you can sell, give, or trade your unwanted k-cups at the K-Cup Exchange on Yahoo Groups (Amazon prevents me from listing the site’s address here, but you’ll find it if you go on Yahoo Groups and search for K-Cup Exchange) This site is a great idea for K-Cup users. You can find excellent brewing info and hear about REAL specials on K-Cups.

Compared with about 20 other types of K-Cups I’ve test-driven in various samplers, this is one of the weakest. Even making a “mug” size (medium setting, not large) in my Keurig produces a very weak cup of coffee.

The hazelnut flavoring is superb as hazelnut flavorings go, and it’s at the perfect taste level, but the coffee is substandard.

If you want a hot cup of hazelnut, I’d suggest going with a better K-Cup coffee maker — Timothy’s, Diedrich’s, Newman’s, Coffee People, Green Mountain, etc. — and then pouring in some Frangelico…. =)

It’s sad because Gloria Jeans has been around FOREVER and had tons of shops in the area I grew up in 30 years ago. I hate to pan an old friend!

Out of all of the K-Cups I have tried, I have to say Gloria Jean is one of my favorites. This flavor is just right, but be careful if you’re using any flavored creamers, because it’s sweet from the beginning. It’s easy to overdue it. If you’re a sweet fanatic, then more power to you. The flavor is definitely strong. I have Timothy’s French Vanilla and there is only a hint of vanilla flavoring whereas Gloria Jean’s really packs a punch with the Hazelnut. I highly recommend you give it a try.
